1. Return Policy:

At the Time of Delivery Only: Returns are only applicable at the time of delivery. Once delivery has been completed and accepted, no returns will be allowed.

Delivery Charge: Customers will still be required to pay the delivery charge of 25 AED, even if the item is returned at the time of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy:

Within 48 Hours: Exchanges are available only within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.Fees: Customers will be required to pay the initial delivery charge of 25 AED, plus an additional exchange fee of 25 AED.

Condition of Items: Ensure that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact for both returns and exchanges.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
